While we take every precaution to verify carpet areas, pricing, and municipal project sanctions with respective developers and societies, buyers are advised to conduct their own independent legal due diligence before financial commitments.

3. Governing Law

All advisory engagements are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
